The final phase of construction and equipment – DEPADANCE OF HOTEL LAZURE

We will soon finish all the works on the annex of the 5-star hotel complex – Hotel Lazure & Marina, Herceg Novi. The last phase, also the largest, involved the construction of 21,000 m2 of hotel and apartment units with all the accompanying public facilities. On this project, it was necessary to engage all companies from the group, as well as long-term subcontractors. We emphasize that part of the hotel complex, which included the restoration and adaptation of the Austro-Hungarian fortress and the formation of the marina, was put into operation 2 years ago and is considered one of the most attractive locations on the Montenegrin coast.
